In respect with quality & origins regulations, AOP (appelation d'origine protégée) is made of 60 % from SALONENQUE and from AGLANDAU (called main varieties). This oil is a green fruity type. It is directly pummeled after harvesting. It develops raw artichoke, green almond, apple and herbal aromas. Long finish, with a slight bitterness and glowing in throat. It is cold-squeezed out and packaged within the Moulin.
